Consultants provide day to day management of all client engagements.
Program Consultants are experienced sales and marketing professionals
with years of experience in advising or consulting on solution selling.
They work to understand our clients’ solutions and markets in
order to best guide individual programs. They partner with clients
to develop all call guides, qualifying metrics, target objectives,
goals, and will provide ongoing support and management through the
life of the engagement. Program consultants also work closely with
lead generation specialist by listening to calls and providing feedback
throughout the program.

Four Step Process

takes targeted account lists and methodically works them through a
proprietary four step process. Instead of working contact lists alone,
iTelesource lead generation specialists move targeted accounts through
each phase of the process providing detailed reports through our CRM
along the way. Each phase requires certain criteria to be met before
the account can move on to the next. At the end of the process, accounts
are marked for Hand-Off, Disqualification, or Incubation. Detailed
reporting keeps clients in the loop and encourages feedback for specific
account strategies.
