Implementation Phase
Once engaged our Program Managers start with a brief but thorough discovery process to sync our practices and systems with client needs. Simultaneously, clients have the option to interview and select from available recommended reps hand picked for the project. After the discovery process is complete and the B2B Lead Development Rep is selected, we engage our clients in the training phase of the project.
Both the dedicated Lead Development Rep and the assigned Program Manager will participate in training on the customer’s solution and market. Once training is complete, the Program Manager will compile all information gathered from the Discovery and Training phases to develop the custom Call Guide containing the specific program details and Lead Development plan
In addition to the preceding steps, we will partition a separate designated client database customized to capture data formatted to client specifications.
