Implementation Phase

 

Once engaged our Program Managers start with a brief but thorough discovery process to sync our practices and systems with client needs. Simultaneously, clients have the option to interview and select from available recommended reps hand picked for the project. After the discovery process is complete and the B2E Lead Development Rep is selected, we engage our clients in the training phase of the project.

 

Both the dedicated Lead Development Rep and the assigned Program Manager will participate in training on the customer’s solution and market. Once training is complete, the Program Manager will compile all information gathered from the Discovery and Training phases to develop the custom Call Guide containing the specific program details and Lead Development plan

 

In addition to the preceding steps, we will partition a separate designated client database customized to capture data formatted to client specifications. All program data is considered the customer’s intellectual property and great care is taken to ensure its integrity. Clients have around-the-clock entry to our proprietary lead development system and database for real-time access to reports and data.

 

Delivery Phase

 

Once a project is go live, clients maintain direct access to all program resources including their designated Lead Development Rep. In addition, weekly meetings are held to review program progress and discuss specific account strategies as needed. Weekly status meetings are reinforced with Monthly Program Checks and Quarterly Business Reviews. In addition to Program Manager oversight, Founder/CEO Tim Adams maintains a hands-on approach for every single customer engagement.
