Lead
Generation Specialist:
Are
you a sales professional with a passion for cold calling? Do you wish
to spend more time at home and less on the road? iTelesource offers
a great alternative to the road weary sales professional.
As
a Lead Generation Specialist for iTelesource you will make outbound
calls from your home office pitching our client's solutions to their
targeted accounts. You must be able to craft a solution from research
and dialogue that generates interest in our clients. You will log
all time and activities via CRM as well as participate in weekly client
calls. You must display the utmost of professionalism in all activities
representing iTelesource and our clients. Training will be provided
on all client engagements.
Requirements:
(Must Meet ALL)
- Home office with unlimited long distance plan
- Ability to work 20+ hours per week during business hours
- 5-10 years sales experience in a Complex Sales environment
- Experience calling on VP and C level
- Knowledge of various technologies and business industries a plus
- Experience in multiple CRMs

Program Consultant:
Program
consultants are client facing sales and marketing professional who
manage lead generation specialists on specific client engagements.
Program consultants handle new programs from start through launch.
They must be able to craft a sales call pitch from a value proposition
while developing a deep understanding of our client’s business
and market. Program consultants manage lead generation specialist
on a day to day basis, listening to calls, and providing feedback
in a constructive manner. This position requires excellent client
facing skills and the ability to clearly communicate and manage expectations
through a long-term engagement. Program consultants also meet weekly
with clients to review program progress through reports and dialogue.

- Strong written and oral communications
- 5+ years in a sales management or consulting position
- 5+ years managing inside sales or lead generation teams
- Experienced in complex solutions selling environments
- Knowledge of various technologies and business industries a plus
